Job Title Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

 The People Bank, Tillsonburg Office is currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a leading automotive company.

Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for all accounts receivable related administrative functions. Including day to day invoice processing, contacting delinquent clients to secure payment, assisting with printing and mailing of statements, reviewing account histories with customers, posting payments, posting credit memos and adjustments, matching bill of lading shipping quantities with agreed customer quotation, reconcile A/R with other departments as required. Assist in other finance related activities as required.
Up to date & daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability.

Qualifications:
. Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Receivable in a fast paced environment

. Advanced data entry experience
. Post secondary education an asset
. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
. Effective communication (verbal and written)

. Position is located in Woodstock.Transportation is required to Cambridge weekly.

. Must be willing to work Saturdays and overtime



Wage:

Temporary $14/hr
