The People Bank Halifax Office is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our client in Moncton. This is a term position which may run until the end of March 2010.

Job Description:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Admin Support
- Processing invoices
- Providing information over the phone
Qualifications:
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
- High degree of confidentiality
- Experience with people and pay@work, HRIS Systems, and Foremost would be considered an asset
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision.
- A positive attitude
- Post Secondary education in office setting considered an asset to the position
- Bilingualism is also an asset to the role
Salary:
$11.00 / hour for 30 hours per week
