The People Bank, London Office is currently recruiting for Administrative positions in the Educational, Manufacturing and Health Care Sector. These positions are located in London and surrounding areas. They range from short to long term assignments and pay from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Duties may include reception, incoming and outgoing mail distribution
Some light accounting duties
Order processing and invoicing
Customer service interaction both in person and via email correspondence or phone
Support of sales representatives
Organizing and keeping up filing systems
Updating company web sites
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Other duties as assigned by clients
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
College diploma in business administration
At least 1 year related experience in the business administration field
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, knowledge of databases and internet a must
Background in professional customer service an asset
SALARY:
$12.00-$15.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
