The People Bank Ottawa Office is currently searching for an Assistant Retail Manager for our client based in Kingston.
Scope of Work :
• Our client requires the services of an experienced Customer Experience Manager looking to start an exciting permanent opportunity.
Key Activities :
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
• Supporting the General Manager by managing, developing and mentoring Assistant Customer Experience Managers and Customer Experience Representatives on the store floor;
• Participating in and facilitating store business plans including: merchandising, loss prevention, staff scheduling/ wage expense, sales forecasting and all related weekly/ monthly reporting;
• Customer complaint resolution, and Manager-On-Duty functions;
• Enhancement of customer experience within the store.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Candidates must have a great work ethic, positive attitude, excellent presentation skills, and a passion for books;
• Minimum of 1 year in a progressive Retail Management, Assistant Management or Management-In-Training position;
• Demonstrated sales experience as a customer Service Representative.
