The People Bank is currently recruiting for the position of Beer Vendor Manager for one of the most profitable locations in Winnipeg. This is a working management position. Managers coming from convenience store experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
• High energy individual who has a lot of ambition and drive to succeed in whatever role they take on
• Comfortable operating a POS system
• Experience in managing inventory levels required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Leadership; experience in supervising staff, scheduling work shifts, hiring/firing
• Organized and a good multi tasker
• Previous industry experience is an asset
• Willingness to work all shifts, however the role will become more day shift.
Duties:
• Increase profits
• Schedule shifts
• Hire and train new staff as needed
• Provide superior customer service to patrons
• Lead by example. Oversee 8-10 staff
