The People Bank Ottawa branch is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant.
Position Overview:
Our private sector client has an immediate need for a bilingual administrative assistant. This is a temporary contract position.
Basic Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to a management team
• Create Excel spreadsheets using advance features, including macros.
• Analyze business documents
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations
Qualifications:
• Fluently bilingual: English and French
• Great analytical skills
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Quick learner
• Ability to multi-task
• Advance problem solving skills with attention to detail
