The People Bank is currently recruiting individuals interested in working as Bilingual or Unilingual Customer Service Representatives in an inbound call centre environment.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have completed high school and be able to pass a credit and criminal background check.
- We are looking for people with experience working in a call centre environment or with a financial background.
- Candidates must be able to use a computer, general office equipment, electronic mail, word processing software, and database software.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and French
Responsibilities:
- As a CSR you will receive and provide superior service to inbound customers. You will also provide product and service information, take orders and facilitate general inquiries and complaints.
- Candidates will also answer inquiries and provide information to customers, explain the type and cost of services offered, receive and log complaints, arrange for refunds and credits, access and process information, and perform general office duties.
- This is a fast-paced environment where candidates will have to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks and have a high attention to detail
Assignment:
- Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Must be available for at least 3 months
- Good bus accessibility/ free parking
- Professional team environment
- Pay: $11.00
