The People Bank Markham Office is currently recruiting for our client in the IT industry who is seeking an Business Intelligence Solutions Account Executive. The position is located Toronto. This is a permanent opportunity.
Job Description:
Our client is a world leader in data visualization and dashboard solutions; they are currently looking for an Account Executive to sell their dashboard technologies into key global clients in the Business Intelligence (BI) space.
Requirements include:
• Have a proven track record in software sales with a minimum of 5 years experience preferably in the BI space
• Have experience building relationships with a client contact base
• Be able to work in a team environment
• Have excellent presentation and communication skills with strong written and verbal skills
• Be able to talk with different audiences, appropriately adjust technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest
• Have no fear of cold calls; must enjoy making them and understand the importance of this form of customer prospecting
• Be able to qualify a sales opportunity
• Position our product against the competition
• Proactively engage in the sales cycles
• Have strong working knowledge of computer software and some technical background
• Be motivated to make a difference, to earn advancement through committed work ethic
• Have previous commission based sales experience
• Display strong initiative and be a self starter
