The People Bank Markham Office is currently recruiting for our client in the Financial industry who is seeking a Full Time Inbound Customer Service Representative. The position pays $18.75 /hr and is located in Markham. This is a full-time opportunity.
Job Description:
• Taking customer calls
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Following company policies and procedures
• Up-selling products & services
Job Requirements:
• Need to be available 1Mon – Sun 9 am – 12.30 am. 37.5 hr week.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a service or sales environment.
• Must be fluent in written & spoken English & Cantonese or Mandarin or all 3
• Must have previous call centre experience
• Advanced computer/keyboarding skills. Ability to respond to adverse situations, e.g. system problems, irate customers, heavy call volume.
• Effective and accurate decision making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
• Exceptional telephone communication skills.
• Must be flexible to work in a shift environment.
• A clear criminal record and good credit history will be required
• Experience with MS Windows & a Typing speed of 30 wpm or higher
Compensation:
$18.75 /hr
