Description

 The People Bank Markham Office is currently recruiting for our client in the Food Distribution industry who is seeking Forklift Operators. The position pays $13-$14/hr and is located in Concord. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity.

Job Description:

- Able to work one or more of the following shifts: 8:30am-5p:00m, 2:30pm-11:00pm, 10:30pm-6:00am
- Product receiving, shipping, inventory, picking and packing of food items
- Able to operate Cherry Picker or Reverse Reach Forklift.
- Picking dairy products in a fridge and freezer


Job Requirements:

- At least 6 months experience operating a Cherry Picker or Reverse Reach Forklift.
- Scanner Experience is an asset
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid and up-to-date Forklift certification
- Attention to detail, Ability to multitask, work well in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fridge and/or freezer experience is an asset
- Previous experience in the food distribution industry is an asset

$13-$14/hr
