The People Bank Halifax Office is currently recruiting for our client in Dartmouth who is seeking Client Service Representatives. This is a permanent opportunity with an above average annual salary and an excellent benefits package.
The Client Services Representative assists clients with inbound inquiries, to identify, diagnose, and resolve their questions and issues effectively and professionally.
Qualifications:
• 3 years post-secondary education or equivalent business experience
• Completion of Payroll Fundamentals, and Payroll Compliance Legislation as asset
• 2 years experience in customer service or payroll related role
• Proficient MS Office and strong key-boarding skills
• Working knowledge of Performance Pack, Pay@work, PaySpecialist, PCPW, or TLM is considered an asset
• Bilingual in English and French would be a definite asset
