Construction Estimator (Marine Industry)
AIMCO/The People Bank is recruiting for a Construction Estimator for the Marine Industry.
This position is a full time day shift with occasional weekend hours and will start ASAP
You will be responsible for:
Estimating projects for Labour, overhead and material costs in marine construction. Project’s can range in estimated costs of $4,000,000 up to $8,000,000.
Project cash flow and financing requirements, Estimate pre-contract costs, and Utilize quantity take-off procedures.
Advising on tendering procedures, Analyze tenders and recommend awards
Qualifications:
Your superior verbal and written communication skills coupled with 3-5 years experience will allow you to effectively communicate with Owners, Management and Vendors.
Must have Membership in the Professional Corporation for Estimators
Security clearance is a MUST
