The People Bank Ottawa Branch is currently recruiting a Bilingual Human Resource Coordinator to work with one of our high-end National Clients

"Must have previous Retail experience"
The duties in question include, but are not limited to :
• Answering general customer inquiries
• Assisting in the preparation of job descriptions, posting ads, screening resumes
• Managing the Employee Recognition program
• The administration and promotion of employee programs
• General HR duties with the exception of payroll
Minimum qualifications
• 5 years experience in the Human Resources field
• Advanced computer skills in MSWord, Excel and Access
• Strong communication skills, both English and French
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• The ability to be organized and stay organized
As this position calls for the candidate to literally be the voice of the company reporting directly to the HR Manager, previous experience reporting to Senior Management is preferred.
