The People Bank is currently recruiting for the position of an Industrial Sales Representative. This junior level position will appeal to those with experience/interest in selling industrial type products.
Requirements:
• High energy and a great attitude required!
• Solid understanding of the sales process
• Highly motivated; very sales driven
• Good time management skills
• Post secondary education and/or 2-4 years business to business sales experience
• Experienced in working independently; can effectively manage a territory well
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Duties:
• Manage an assigned territory
• Maintain accounts as well as seek out new customers
• Maintain and develop customer relationships
• Deal with all issues as they arise immediately
• Develop a plan of action to achieve sales goals
• Become knowledgeable about the products offered
• Become an effective solution provider to the customer
Client Offers
• Competitive base $30-35,000/yr and commission sales structure. First year's expected earnings approximately $50,000.
