The People Bank, London Office is currently recruiting for our client, a leader in Professional growth and Education, for an exceptional Accountant to join their team. This position is located in the London area and is an excellent opportunity with a progressive company.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, qualifications are as follows:
Responsible for all processes to maintain bank reconciliations
Assist with the invoicing and accounts receivable process
Provide administrative support to the corporate insurance program
Manage all filing in a timely manner
All other administrative duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines and policies
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
2 year post secondary accounting diploma required
Must have current enrollment in an accredited accounting program, leading to a designation
2 years experience in accounting and bank reconciliation duties
Excellent Customer service skills
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and excel a must
Interpersonal and organizational skills
SALARY:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
