The People Bank, London Office is currently recruiting for our client for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative and Continuing Education Supervisor. This position is for a 1 year term and is located in London.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for Customer Care in their Central Region
Quick and efficient response to inbound calls from sales representatives, dealer representatives, institutions and customers
Quick response to emails received in group email account
Log of all relevant communications in Account management system
Attend events, tradeshows and co-travel as recommended by manager
Work with marketing team to support and execute marketing campaigns, including outbound follow up calls
Work with Professional Services on the registration and logistics of upcoming events and seminars
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
University/College Degree
Customer Service experience
French bilingualism required
SALARY:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience
