The People Bank Toronto is currently recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator for our client located in Toronto.
Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years administrative experience with a preference being given to candidates who have prior work experience in a small professional service environment. Excellent customer service skills and strong computer background (word, excel and powerpoint) are very important in this role.
Experience with Mac and Quickbooks an asset.
Job responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, and daily operational adminsitrative duties. Salary commensurate with experience.
