Job Title Sales Representative – Healthcare Software

Description

The People Bank Markham Office is currently recruiting for our client in the Healthcare industry who is seeking a Sales Representative. The position pays 65-85K and is located in Mississauga. This is a full-time / permanent opportunity.

Job Description:

• First and foremost, this is a HUNTER role
• Be able to position the company products to customers when faced with difficult competition and product development challenges
• Identify and utilize opportunities for new technology solutions, services and markets
• Generate and Maintain Sales Funnel, including identifying and qualifying leads
• Ability to network for growth
• Organize and manage people, multiple activities, prioritize to get things done efficiently and effectively in order to maintain high levels of customer service.
• Produce measurable results in both short and long-term that are aligned with company’s goals
• Identify and qualify new opportunities
• Meetings sales budgets and new business development goals are top two priorities with this position – your # 1 focus!
• Be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Must be able to communicate with engineers and other members of team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Related discipline with an MBA preferred or equivalent level of industry related experience
• Five (5) years of experience in B2B sales and Business Development, international experience a plus
• Familiarity with Customized Imaging Technology Solutions related to products such as PACS, X-Ray, Digital Rad, Vascular, Cardiology, Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedics, Ultrasound, 3D, CT, MRI, etc
• Come from Health IT or Medical Imaging Industry
• Must have Global Experience
• OEM Software sales and solution selling experience
• B2B Experience
• Have technical background and be able to understand value of technology in healthcare
• Must be willing to travel
• Must have some understanding of software development and software life cycle
• Experience in creating new business
• Familiarity with doing ROIs on deals a plus
• Energetic and Driven
• Proven Closing Ability
• Driven work ethic with ability to pick up opportunities
• Understanding of OEM and Healthcare Software

Compensation:

65-85K + Commission
