Description

 The People Bank Markham Office is currently recruiting for various client’s who are seeking Outbound Call Centre Representatives. The position pays $10-16/hr and is located in Markham, Richmond Hill, North York and Concord areas. These are temporary/long-term opportunities.

Job Description:

• Outbound Calls to customers to offer new products & services
• Following company policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum 1 year experience in a service and sales outbound call center environment.
• Advanced computer/keyboarding skills.
• Ability to respond to adverse situations, e.g. system problems, irate customers, heavy call volume.
• Effective and accurate decision making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
• Exceptional telephone communication skills.
• Must be flexible to work in a shift environment that includes 7am -12am Monday – Sunday.
• A clear criminal record and good credit history may be required.

Salary:

$10-16/hr
