Description

 The People Bank Markham Office is currently recruiting for various client’s who are seeking Inbound Call Centre Representatives. The position pays $10-16/hr and is located in Markham, Richmond Hill, North York and Concord areas. These are temporary/long-term opportunities.

Job Description:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a pleasant, courteous and professional manner
• Identify customer’s need and solve customer’s inquiries
• Participate in continuous improvements, with focus on service excellence
• Provide customer service and knowledge on corporate products and services
• Fulfill the customers expectations in a positive manner that complies with policies, practices and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of previous Call Centre experience
• The ability to communicate and interact with customers via telephone, fax and email
• Must have mathematical ability, record-keeping skills and works well to meet deadlines
• Excellent keyboarding and computer skills
• Good organizational ability and an eye for detail
• A quick learner, a quick thinker, efficient, has a good attitude and work ethic and has excellent problem solving skills
• Results oriented, organized and good Customer Service communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications

Salary:

$10-16/hr
