Job Description
Under direct supervision, follows procedures that are required to manage information, assists in expediting, receiving, classifying, recording, indexing, distribution, storage, and retrieval of information on any medium. Performs basic text input and editing on assigned equipment.
Performs duties such as errands, copying, and filing. This person will be working primarily on a computer using spreadsheets, etc to track data, manage and organize project information. We therefore require that all prospective are experienced in the MS office suite.
Minimum Requirements
-High School Graduate (College or university grad preferred)
-At least 1 year experience in an office environment Materials management Technician or Administrative Assistant
-Comfort with MS suite - excel, word, email, internet searching etc.
Scanning experience preferred
This company works on an extended work day so that every second Friday is a day off.
EPCM experience is an asset
