Description

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives with previous technical support experience. Candidates must be available to work the available shifts.

Position Overview:

As a CSR you will receive and provide superior service to inbound customer’s behalf of our client. You will also provide product and service information, take orders and facilitate general inquiries and complaints. You may also be required to cross sell or up sell as part of the contract.

Basic Responsibilities:

 Responding and resolving customer inquiries and concerns according to our service standards in a professional and courteous manner.
 Provide accurate and timely information.
 Negotiate solutions according to our resolution guidelines satisfying both parties.
 Ensure appropriate action is taken in regards to customer inquiries or issues.
 Keep organization informed of customer needs and concerns.
 Focus on complaint prevention strategies.
 Take ownership when clients experience a problem and take the appropriate steps to resolve the problem.
 Identify opportunities to build and enhance customer relationships.
 Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

 High School Diploma.
 Demonstrated Customer Service experience.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internet research.
 Strong understanding of customer needs strategies and exceptional customer service skills.
 Must be customer focused and able to work well in a fast paced dynamic environment.
 Ability to handle high work volumes and difficult customer situations and to access a situation and take the appropriate action in a timely fashion.
 Advanced problem solving, attention to detail, and conflict resolution skills
 A quick learner and with the ability to handle multiple systems, standards, products and policies efficiently.
 Flexible schedule.
 Strong team player with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
 Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
 Must pass a criminal and credit check.
 Cashier experience is an asset.

Pay rate: $11.00 per hour
Shift Hours: anytime from 8.00am to 11.00pm
