Qualifications
- minimum of 10 years experience as key driver of strategic management in a large organization. - An MBA and/or CMA, CA, CGA will be considered while Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certifications are considered assets. - Strong analytic and project management skills are a must to execute enterprise wide initiatives. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required to develop presentations and act as mediator to arrive at consensus amongst participants when needed. - Knowledge of measurement methods, tools and techniques including benchmarking, metrics and other advanced performance measurement techniques, including Balanced Scorecard. -Must have an above average understanding of manufacturing, business processes and information technology.
