The People Bank, Toronto Office is currently recruiting for our hospital client who is seeking Medical Administrative Assistants. The positions pay $15/hr + and are located Downtown. These are temporary opportunities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Office management, financial and accounting related duties
•Coordinating and maintaining schedules, organizing and planning meetings/events, correspondence and answering inquiries
•Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, follow-up on and implement action items resulting from minutes
•Handle incoming inquiries, preparing reports and presentation material
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Experience in a Hospital setting
•MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•Dicta, and experience recording and transcribing minutes
•Recognized medical or office administration diploma program
SALARY:
$15/hr +
