She oversees a full service branch that provides outstanding personnel solutions to clients in various sectors, including government, financial and manufacturing. Clients and candidates appreciate her determination and the expertise of having worked in all aspects of the staffing world.
With over a decade of staffing industry experience, Ana is a multi-tasking recruitment consultant who understands the needs and challenges facing candidates in their job search. With a loyal client base, she focuses on placing qualified candidates in Administrative, Accounting and Finance, General Labour and Call Centre roles. Ana has excellent negotiation skills and has been with the Allen team since 2005.
Diane joined Allen and The People Bank in 2003, brining with her a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of employment training and recruitment. A talented and outgoing recruiter, she consistently places skilled candidates in both temporary and permanent positions, in the private, public and non-profit sectors. As a Senior Account Manager, Diane has an innate ability to build solid relationships with candidates and clients.
With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Dawn is a skilled Staffing Specialist, with a long history in Allen and The People Bank. She strives to fully understand the needs of her candidates for placement in both temporary and permanent roles. Her efforts have resulted in successfully providing qualified staff for General Labour, Accounting and Administrative roles within a variety of industries.
The Recruiting Supervisor for the General Service area of our London office, Haley has over 10 years of experience with Allen and The People Bank. Her passionate efforts and no-nonsense attitude keeps her team focussed on partnering with clients and candidates to offer them the best solutions. She has provided qualified candidates for roles in the private and public sectors for administrative and light industrial positions.
With over 15 years of staffing industry experience, Christine excels at temporary and permanent recruitment and account management. Having successfully managed large accounts, she is the Manager of Training and Quality Control, with a commitment to excellent customer service and promptness in placing qualified candidates for Administrative, Call Centre and Light Industrial roles.
Christina has been with The People Bank for over six years and is the client services coordinator at our London office. Organized, friendly and always focussed on the customer, Christina’s areas of specialty include customer service and accounting and she typically serves clients in the general labour, clerical and banquet serving categories.
With a background in finance, Sandra has gained expert knowledge in managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from new client acquisition to expanding a current customer base. With over 20 years of staffing industry experience, Tamara is a passionate recruitment consultant who is known for building strong candidate and client relationships. Her high quality account management and customer service skills have led to numerous placements in Production Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Control and Human Resources roles in the Auto and Food industries.
A customer-focussed, driven Recruitment Consultant, Tina has over 13 years of staffing industry experience. She has been with the Allen team for nine years and specializes in Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources and Sales and Marketing, consistently placing qualified candidates in mid to senior-level management roles in the distribution, healthcare and energy industries.
