Joan JamesA highly motivated Account Manager with 12 years of experience in the staffing industry, Joan focuses on providing Call Centre, Customer Service, General Labour and Administrative personnel for businesses in a variety of industries. She creates strong relationships and earns client and candidate loyalty by being a strong team player who always maintains a positive attitude.
Kathy HardingA customer-centered Business Development Consultant, Kathy has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. She has the expertise to allow her to partner with clients in a wide variety of industries, managing both local and national accounts. Kathy is known for her integrity and her consultative approach to providing strategic and proactive staffing solutions. 
Maggie ParaftsisMaggie is a hard-working, dedicated employee of The People Bank who has been with the agency’s Markham branch for over 3 years. Maggie handles many aspects of the office’s business, including the payrolling of temporary staff and staffing for generalist positions in both the temporary and permanent placement divisions. When not placing positions in customer service, general labour and administration, Maggie commits her time to the pursuit of her CPC and CHRP designations. 
Sumaiya KaziSumaiya Kazi has over 6 years of recruitment experience and is committed to providing excellent service to both clients and candidates. She specializes in placing qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions in the Light industrial and Pharmaceutical fields.
