With over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Katherine is the Business Development Manager at our Mississauga location. Her focus is on Marketing, Logistics and Consumer Packaged Goods clients and she is an excellent manager of large-scale projects. Katherine is known for her consultative service, integrity and dedication to her profession.
Rachel Higgs is part of the Mississauga office’s business development team. She comes from the food industry, where she perfected her skills of strategic account planning, client management and expansion. A dedicated sales professional, Rachel has led teams through project execution and has the ability to foster close working relationships with clients, managements, field representatives and vendors. Rachel is a relationship builder who utilizes creative problem solving to ensure the success of the products and services she sells.

With over 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Alfredo is a team-player who has an exceptional understanding of applicants who fit with a particular client. He is highly proficient in placing personnel in manufacturing and warehousing positions for roles such as forklift operators, mechanical assemblers, general labourers, order pickers, CNC machinists and admin and data entry clerks.
Joan has over 11 years of experience in the staffing industry and is the supervisor of Client Services at The People Bank Mississauga. She takes pride in building relationships with both clients and candidates and specializes in servicing clients for office administration and light industrial roles. Joan takes pride in being a good listener as part of a team who gets the job done.
Zenora has been with The People Bank for over 11 years and is the Quality Control Administrator at our Mississauga Branch. Her dedication to maintaining strong relationships with staff and clients allows her to effectively make sure due diligence is in compliance with client requirements.
Jasmine has over three years of recruitment industry experience as a member of The People Bank’s Mississauga and Ottawa offices. A people person who enjoys the day to day interaction aspect of her job, she is an account manager who specializes in securing temporary and contract employment for skilled candidates in clerical and light industrial positions. Jasmine has served major Canadian clients in industries such as telecommunications, call centre and outsourcing.
With a strong ability to maintain long term client and candidate relationships, Aaron is an Account Manager with a specialty in Light Industrial and Administrative recruitment. His ability to multi-task and work efficiently in fast paced environments has led to placing many candidates in roles such as Assemblers, General Labourers, Packagers, Machine Operators and Forklift Associates in Manufacturing industry.
Deanna occupies a variety of roles at The People Bank Mississauga. She is a lead in website administration, in creating new content and updates, and assists with proposal writing. Deanna is a versatile worker and acts as an all-around recruitment support, responsible for such functions as payroll, referencing, and special projects.

Sloan Fleet is a dedicated account professional with over 15 years of sales and business development experience. Sloan's placements focus on the 3PL, transportation, logistics and supply chain space. Alex occupies the dual role of Researcher/Recruiter for The People Bank's permanent placement division. Alex has a strong appetite for knowledge, and is looking to soak up all aspects of the industry as he pursues his professional HR designations. Alex remains a lead in communications and editing, qualitative and quantitative research, and creative problem solving.

 With 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Deborah is the Senior Account Manager at our Markham office. Her strong relationship-management and communication skills have granted her numerous clients in areas such as Administration, Clerical and Accounting. Deborah prides herself on her attention to detail and is dedicated and committed to fulfilling all candidate and client needs.
With over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Lesley specializes in recruiting permanent and contract staff for roles within the IT field. She has a proven ability for filling intermediate and senior level positions in a variety of industries and has placed skilled IT candidates including Developers, Network Analysts and Project Managers into the banking, financial and manufacturing sectors.
With over 18 years experience in the staffing industry, Shelley is a Senior Search & Placement Consultant – Sales & Marketing at our Markham location. Extremely organized, with the ability to develop great relationships with both clients and candidates, her focus is on roles such as Sales, and Sales Management, combined with various Marketing and Analyst positions. Her previous placement experience in the areas of executive administration, customer service, accounting, human resources, logistics, and project management allow Shelley to approach her Sales & Marketing searches from a unique “big picture” perspective.

Carrie’s area of focus lies in retail recruitment and consumer relations, having provided successful placements for store planers, product marketers, and category analysts in the past. Carrie prides herself on providing consultative and collaborative solutions to her clients through her in-depth knowledge of CPG and Retail Operations recruitment.
