The Branch Manager of our Toronto Office, Marnie Davis has been with The People Bank since 1993. She leads a team of business professionals to provide temporary and permanent staffing solutions within various industries. With more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Marnie herself is an expert in matching candidates to clients, specializing in all levels of the administrative field.


Lorri Sumner

The Recruitment Manager for our Toronto branch, Lorri has been placing qualified candidates in the government, non-profit and private sectors for over 10 years. Her passion for client and candidate relations makes her a valued recruiter who consistently places applicants in permanent and temporary administrative and call centre positions. Lorri has over 20 years of experience, with a background in the banking industry.


Linda Barker

With over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Linda has an outstanding ability to consistently match qualified candidates to roles within the public, private and non-profit sectors. Her focus on building long-term client and candidate relationships has led to placements within many sectors including administration, finance and accounting, sales, operations and customer service.


Janet Witkin Ber, CPC

Janet has over 15 years of professional recruitment experience and a wealth of knowledge from roles in management and sales and as partner in a recruiting firm. With a deep understanding of human resources and a firm grasp of the structure of finance, accounting and operational departments, Janet has a talent for placing skilled candidates within the financial and public sectors, across various industries.


Helen El Kady

An upbeat and dedicated Account Manager, Helen has been with The People Bank for over five years. Her key strengths lie in high-volume temporary recruiting for major clients in Banking and Telecommunications, for positions such as Customer Service, Administration and Sales. Carrie Budgeon

Carrie has over 10 years of recruitment experience in various industries. Carrie’s area of focus lies in retail recruitment and consumer relations, having provided successful placements for store planers, product marketers, and category analysts in the past. Carrie prides herself on providing consultative and collaborative solutions to her clients through her in-depth knowledge of CPG and Retail Operations recruitment.

Brian Dawson

Brian is highly respected by clients and candidates for understanding their needs and matching the right people with the right opportunities. Brian is able to successfully translate business requirements into job specifications. Roseanne joins The People Bank bringing seven years of recruitment industry experience. She excels as a Generalist focusing in the following areas: Non-profit, Administration, Finance, Retail and Mid-level Management. Roseanne is known for her strong relationships with her clients and for matching the right people to the right positions. She attributes much of her staffing success to her strengths in customer service and business development. Her outgoing nature allows her to build new relationships with ease, and positive attitude enables her to overcome any challenges that cross her path.

With 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Deborah is the Senior Account Manager at our Markham office. Her strong relationship-management and communication skills have granted her numerous clients in areas such as Administration, Clerical and Accounting. Deborah prides herself on her attention to detail and is dedicated and committed to fulfilling all candidate and client needs.
 
 
 
With over 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, Lesley specializes in recruiting permanent and contract staff for roles within the IT field. She has a proven ability for filling intermediate and senior level positions in a variety of industries and has placed skilled IT candidates including Developers, Network Analysts and Project Managers into the banking, financial and manufacturing sectors.

 

Shelley Madden

With over 18 years experience in the staffing industry, Shelley is a Senior Search & Placement Consultant – Sales & Marketing at our Markham location. Extremely organized, with the ability to develop great relationships with both clients and candidates, her focus is on roles such as Sales, and Sales Management, combined with various Marketing and Analyst positions. Her previous placement experience in the areas of executive administration, customer service, accounting, human resources, logistics, and project management allow Shelley to approach her Sales & Marketing searches from a unique “big picture” perspective.
