At The People Bank we boast the highest number of CPC-designated (Certified Personnel Consultant) staff in the industry and are proud of their tenure with us, as well as their professionalism. We encourage our consultants to possess their CPC designation within two years of employment with The People Bank.

Our recruitment consultants also possess a very solid foundation of industry experience in excess of 20 years, with newer team members being mentored by senior staff. In addition, they hold professional HR accreditations and/or post secondary HR diplomas, and have specifically chosen the recruitment industry in which to specialize and build their career.
