Allen Professional Search/ The People Bank, Tillsonburg Office is currently recruiting for a Quality Specialist for one of our Tillsonburg Clients in the manufacturing industry.
Job Description:
· Assist in Quality Planning (APQP & PPAP) and maintain all records/documentation
· Fully fluent in blue print reading
· Complete/coordinate completion of part layouts as required
· Ability and experience conducting process capability studies, gauge R&R, gauge calibration, in-process and final inspection audits
· Coordinate prototype shipments
· Experience with supplier quality system development, cost reduction projects & product improvement
· Be able to lead and be responsible for the investigation of root cause analysis, and effective implementation of corrective/preventative actions to customer’s satisfaction
· Plan, maintain, develop, implement & improve processes of the Quality Management System
Qualifications:
Three years work experience in QD
Advanced Knowledge in Computer Software (MS Office)
SALARY:
$17/hr + 4% vacation paid weekly.
