Description

 The People Bank Toronto Office is currently recruiting for Receptionists for various clients in the downtown Toronto area. Positions may be short-term or long-term. Compensation is dependent on experience.

Job Description:
• Answering a multi-line telephone or switchboard system and directing calls
• Greeting and assisting visitors
• Mail sorting and courier responsibilities
• Word processing and/or data entry duties
• Filing, photocopying and faxing
• Ordering supplies
• Supporting staff with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Reception Experience (please indicate number of years)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Time Management and Organizational Skills
• Professionalism
• Working Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and/or Power Point

Computer Programs Required:
Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
