 The People Bank, London Office is currently recruiting for our client for a Senior Administrative position. This term is for 1 year and pays between $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Key Job Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for all operations of administrative functions.
Providing analytical support for all internal departments, Customer Services, QA.
Basic administrative support to all departments.
Includes managing company events and the company’s internal calendar, participating in key department meetings to take minutes and provide documentation
Managing the front reception desk, mail distribution, courier/shipping activities, supply management, event management, etc.
This position is in London and is a temporary long term assignment.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
College diploma in business administration, project management or related field.
1-5 years related experience in the business administration and or process management field or equivalent related experience.
Also requires solid computer skills, including MS Office, knowledge of databases and graphics, more complex charts and graphs, internet, etc.

SALARY:
$15.00-$17.00 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
