The People Bank Ottawa Branch is currently recruiting an Operations Manager for an exciting Gym facility in the Hull/Gatineau area
Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, manage and administer staff
• Manage information systems and daily cash flow
• Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies
• Manage the daily budget worksheet and final budget for year end annual reports
Qualifications
• The ability to communicate in French both written and spoken, competent in English
• Good computer skills in MsWord and Excel
• Preferred minimum of 2 years in the managerial field with minimum of 5 or more subordinates
• Experience working in an office environment
Physical Ability
• Should be physical capable to get around the facility
• May be expected to climb ladders at various times (up to 45ft)
• The manager is regularly required to sit, stand, walk as well as bend, twist or squat
Our client is looking for an individual who embraces the outdoor lifestyle with a keen interest in personal fitness to Manage their company.
Ability to work 40 hours a week including days, evening and weekends on a rotating schedule
