Description

 Allen Professional Search is currently recruiting for our client, a Chartered Accounting firm in London who is searching for an experienced Staff Accountant to join their team. This is a permanent career growth position where the successful candidate is to do hands-on preparation and management of client file work, with the goal being succession of the client base.

Job Description
  • Efficient and effective preparation of client file work
  • Review Engagements, Compilation and Audit files (including audit plan)
  • Prepare T1, T2 and other compliance reports
  • Identify, initiate and propose effective solutions for clients
  • Taxation and business planning (e.g. propose bonus/dividend options)


Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ progressive public accounting and audit experience
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting software, Caseware/Caseview
  • Accounting designation
  • Competent in word processing, computer and communication systems
  • Excellent organizational and inter-personal skills
  • Strong desire for growth and learning in professional development program
